Strength and Conditioning has been my passion for the last 18 years and career for the last 12. My career started at Central Michigan University as an intern for the varsity strength and conditioning weight room. Once graduated I accepted the GA position. After completing my masters I moved on to accept a full time position at Stephen F. Austin State University. There I spent 4 years working with all sports the university had to offer.

Through that time and current I have been competing in powerlifting in the classic raw, raw, and now multiply divisions.

My ultimate goal as a strength and conditioning coach is to not only educate and help the athlete succeed but to help them believe that they can push themselves further than they ever thought possible.

My greatest accomplishment as a coach is watching an athlete for the first time truly strain through and complete a lift. The look on their face after that lift is complete is what makes all of this worth it.
